You guys I had to share this one because it’s honestly life-changing and so easy it almost feels illegal.
Here’s what you need:
- 
½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
 - 
Almond flour (just sprinkle in slowly until the dough feels right soft but not sticky)
 - 
Everything bagel seasoning (aka the magic dust)
 
How to make:
- 
Mix the yogurt + almond flour until you get a doughy texture.
 - 
Roll into little bite-sized balls.
 - 
Roll them in everything bagel seasoning (don’t hold back).
 - 
Bake at 350°F for 30–35 min.
 
Result? Golden, chewy, insanely tasty bagel bites that are vegan, simple, and honestly better than anything you’ll grab at a bakery.
